Cancellation Policy

**Booking Policy:** Customers can schedule appointments with Royal Tribe Cleaning Services through our online platform or by contacting our customer service. Bookings are subject to availability, and we recommend scheduling in advance to secure your desired time slot. **Reschedule/Cancellation Policy:** To reschedule or cancel a cleaning service, customers must notify us at least 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee. Exceptions may be considered for unforeseen circumstances, and we encourage open communication with our customer service team. **No Refund on Deposits**
